Obama Pardons Woman Sentenced To 22 Years For Selling Crack Cocaine

President Barack Obama seems to be growing a bit of a backbone in recent weeks. In a gutsy move last Monday, he pardoned five people, including Eugenia Marie Jennings of Alton, Illinois who was sentenced to over two decades for possession with intent to distribute 13.9 grams of crack cocaine.
She’ll be released next month with over half of her original sentence remaining.
Family of Dead FAMU Band Member Plans to Sue the University
The family of Robert Champion, the band member who died at FAMU in a hazing-related incident, said that they plan to sue the university.
