Dr. Randall Pinkett has not slowed down or faded into the background since winning (4th season) The Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump in 2005. Dr. Pinkett is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of BCT Partners, a consulting firm based in Newark, New Jersey, that specializes in program management, information technology, and public policy. BCT Partners focuses on several industries that include, housing and community development, economic development, health care, human services, and education. Dr. Rndall Pinkett prides himself on being family oriented and a community servant. He firmly believes in the antithesis, "to whom much is given, much is expected." He and his wife, Zahara are the proud parents of their daughter, Amira. The family attends First Baptist Church in Somerset, NY, where they reside.
